Banks post their ATM account information at the close of each business day. We access this information and then make it available to users of our ach check verification system. This means that you receive the most current checking account information available on the check writer on their account.

To access our check verification system you either type the check writers account information into our software or scan it in using an automated check scanner. Within seconds a check verification code will appear which gives you the current status of the check writer’s account. The codes vary from “the account is open with a positive balance” to “this account is closed”

Check Verification Combined With Check Writer History:

If for some reason our real time check verification software does not produce a check verification code then our software can automatically be programmed to search the check writers checking account history.
